Just the nicest people. Relaxed atmosphere. So glad we chose Knapp.
Poor customer service and staff was rude because I decided not to get my daughter braces removed for $750 and at the time going bk to her originally orthodontist would have been free of charge to remove.
Poor customer service. Refusal to see my daughter. Also lied like my previous appt ended earlier so they basically didn’t want our services ATP.! Just rude and definitely wouldn’t recommend if you needed help.You trying to justify 2 appts being cancelled. When we was referred to you guys. Really enjoy this place when I take my teenager there. From consultation to putting full braces on, and now maintaining them, it's been a pleasure to be a patient. They treat you like family. They have coffee machine for parents and a slushy machine for kids, along with bottled waters. Dr. Knapp is genuinely a very nice person who seems to take joy in helping people achieve their perfect smile.
