Dr.Knapp has been my doctor for 32 years and I wouldn’t change a thing (if I didn’t have too). I did like it better when it was Knapp Medical though. But all and all best doctor (and only doctor) I’ve ever had.

Checked in for my appointment that had been scheduled for months. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes & was then called to the desk & told “your Dr is too busy to see you today now. He’s so far behind. Do you want to wait & see this other Dr?” I said no, I’d like to reschedule. “The Dr doesn’t have any availability in the near future, he went down to part time hours”. Lady that answers phone saids they don’t know anything about anything I asked about scheduling doctor visit with Dr.Knapp? Then saids January u can schedule an appointment……. Has a big attitude problem. She then saids call a 800 number to find a new location and then hangs up Seems like after Advocate bought they are steering people away from DR. Knapp.
