Have been seeing Dr Knapp for years and have always appreciated the service and kindness that he and his staff show!!!
I made an appointment with Dr Knapp and unfortunately had to cancel the day before. Surprisingly they did not charge the $50 charge for a last minute cancellations. However I went into the office to reschedule and when finished I had a screw missing out of my glasses frame so I politely asked if they could replace it since I was becoming a new patient thinking a screw that likely costs .10 would not be a problem.
