Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
