Knapp Builders did not build our home, but they rebuilt our neighbors home after it was torn down. At first, we were a little concerned about the construction, disruptions, or disturbances - it was a narrow lot! We contracted with Knapp Builders to have our walls and ceilings painted, to have new doors installed, to all new baseboard and trim around the doors and windows, and to have new LVT and rugs installed on the 1st floor, up our stairs and 2nd floor hallway. Knapp Builders sub-contracted for the painting and installation of the carpet. Their team did the rest and they did a fantastic job.
