I took my car to Knaphill Coachworks after a very High kerb put quite a hole into the front. Angelo, a man of few words, took one look and said he would send estimate by email. Two hours later I accepted estimate and two weeks later he took my car on Monday Morning and rang me on the Wednesday to collect. It looked brand new. Brilliant job.
