This has been one of the worst experiences ever. I had a truck at my shop that needed the bed replaced sent it there for them to remove the bed, fuel tank and racks. They replaced the bed. Didn't install the racks or the fuel tank. Never once was I asked if the customer needed that stuff back, their argument was I wasn't told. I let them know in our shop that were expected to make the car look like it did before it was wrecked, meaning if anything aftermarket was installed, it was put back on or at least ASK.
