I'm giving them 2 stars because the receptionist and the person who checked me out were very friendly. Otherwise, I'd give them 0 if possible. It's impossible to communicate with any of the salespeople, and when you place an order, you have to chase them around like they don't want to sell. They never answer the phone. Terrible customer service.

Your truck was throwing stones into the Turnpike Highway today. A stone left a mark on my windshield. It's absurd that you allow a truck driving with rocks falling on the highway.

I chose Knapheide for a lift installation on my Sprinter van, believing they were top-notch in our area. Initially, the sales representative suggested a different brand for quicker installation, as my preferred lift had a six-week wait. However, it went unnoticed that this alternative lift had different specifications and was shorter. Upon raising my concerns, they added an extension to the lift, a fix that has since led to problems. Within a year, the lift’s performance has significantly weakened.
