After reading the previous reviews Im guessing Knapheide has had a change in employees over the last couple of years. The guys that work in parts are not very friendly or knowledgeable in Western snowplows. Everytime I come in I am there for about two hours and I am better off if I go to the Western website and look up the part numbers myself before I come in. When nobody else had a hydrolic line for my snow plow I called them and they MADE it for me while I waited (about 15-20 minutes) and it was cheaper then ordering through the other guys!
They seem to have a lot of parts in stock and know a lot about snow plows. The guys were really helpful this winter, and were open early in the morning to provide help when I needed it.
