I have not been there yet. But when I called to ask questions, she answered as if this is her personal phone and not a business phone. I had to ask her if this was the phone number to the nail shop in Whiteville because I thought I dialed the wrong number. I'd love to support a small business in Whiteville close to home. But in our very short interaction, I detected a lack of professionalism. Maybe I'll get over that small experience and book an appointment.
