Poor Recordkeeping I've had a terrible experience at this office. I came to pick up a prescription they were holding from an office visit one week ago. The PA didn't note the file correctly that she did not give me the prescription that she wrote out. I went to pick up the prescription one week later, and they told me I already had it in my possession. It's highly concerning that a Dr.'s office can make such a big mistake. Dr. Elizabeth Knafo and staff are amazing I have been seeing the staff at Houston Family Practice for 6 years. Dr. Knafo has a wonderful bedside manner and is easy to talk to and makes me feel important. I have visited with most of the P.A.s there and they all have the same welcoming and easy feeling. I will not go anywhere else in Houston after I have met this warm staff.
