Following update: after the last Google review we had KN back out today and they fixed the issues we had previously been facing and we are now very happy with the completed work. Changed star rating to reflect the now completed work. Update: over the winter we had a large amount of ice build up and contacted KN repeatedly they sent someone out to check it and said they would lift the middle of the trough to prevent the water running down our bricks and I’ve contacted them again repeatedly - sadly- without response. Before you hire a siding contractor, be warned about companies that are simply not ready for the job. Your home's protection is too important to trust to an inexperienced crew. 4 years of of bad work and counting, no experience to bad experience, you get what you pay for here. Good luck with the rot, as these guys cut corners. I read another review here that they don't return your call when the mess up your house, that's just unacceptable in business today. Outstanding work!!! I can’t express how grateful I am for KN Siding’s help resolving and repairing errors made by another Siding company I used a few years ago. Kyle and his crew fixed the gaps, installed the correct materials, removed and re-installed damaged siding, added the proper framing, doors and casements that were not done originally by the other people I had hired. We recently had KN Siding replace our siding, soffits, facia, evestroughs, as well as cladding around our upper windows. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recomending this company after completion of this fairly major job. Kyle, Nick, Peyton, Hank, Adam and the entire crew were extremely professional, easy to deal with and provided some excellent recomendations during the project. This is a company that genuinely wants to do the best job possible for its customers and follows through on it.
Several months ago, we contacted KN siding to discuss having metal installed on our house and shed. We received, and accepted, their timely quote. We confirmed a start date, the project was completed on schedule, and everything moved along stress free. All the guys were terrific! They were prompt every day and had a great work ethic.
