Incredibly disappointed that I was notified by text message yesterday, that they were retiring from the practice. Was there 4 weeks ago, not a word said. Seems they have been bought by Ethos Orthodontics. Given I was referred by my dentist and recommended to them, and that I choose KN Orthodontics based on my consultation with Dr Nangia, it's incredibly unprofessional in my opinion, to not have at least sent out a personal email (not a generic text message) to all clients still in the middle of their treatment plan explainin... read more
The staff are lovely and very accommodating and Dr Nangia is the best orthodontist and very gentle. I love that they ask about my son who now lives abroad, very caring.
The customer service is amazing :D. Definitely need to trust the process with braces, so happy with the results :)). Thank you Dr. Annu Nangyia
Called and left messages numerous time each week for weeks, couldn't get them to answer or return a single call
