When you get ahold of them and they complete the work, they’re wonderful. Getting ahold of them is next to impossible. Very unresponsive and it’s unfortunate because they are capable of doing great work.

Price was competitive and initial work was acceptable however, their follow up has been terrible! The job was completed late fall (slightly late on schedule) with promises to do touch ups on the yard in the spring. I've left multiple voicemails, texts, and emails to coordinate spring needs. No response on cell and the office admin does not appear to have any level of control. One of the trees never bloomed, the back yard has moisture issues, and it's June without any assistance. Had some landscaping done last year and they were quick, efficient and very professional! This year, we had a couple of plants "not make it" that were planted during the original project. My wife has called numerous times and has had to leave a message for someone named Kelbie to discuss options or new plants to replace the dead ones.
