I called to ask if they do flat repairs and spoke with Ken. He wasn't able to help me directly as I have a small car but he was so helpful and gave me the phone number and name of another business nearby that could help. Great guy!!
I can not believe it! Spoke to the owner, referred me to 4 different tire outfits. Basically told me to pound salt. I find his professionalism very very unacceptable. I highly recommend this gentlemen take up a new profession. PR is defiantly not in his take. I was stranded for 3hrs eastbound trans canada 1 and after numerous calls Mr. Personality himself came out to rescue me. I am grateful but he left me with hurt feelings. - Mr. Sensitive.
All commercial owner/ops know they need a fast, reliable, roadside tire tech. We've tried a few of the big name companies, and while they've been good, none comparable to the level of service we received from KMTS. Tech Brenden deserves a shout out for his awesome attitude and above and beyond communication. Thanks for taking our business on! Happy to support a local business instead of the big corporations.
