KMT acquired Mid South Security, we have had Mid South for 20+ years and have paid annually for monitoring. Saturday afternoon 12/31/22 the fire alarm went off, however not loud enough to wake anyone, is was a very low volume high pitch noise coming only from the panels. We called 911, the fire department came out and advised that our security had not notified them of the fire, the security company also did not call us.
