I ordered one of thier two 9/16 big willy from their in store stock around 11:am and i show up to pick it up around 5:30 and the customer service lady tells me that my order has not been completed. I walked over to the isle and what do u know, two 9/16 big willys on the shelf. I do their job for them and take one off the shelf and purchase it. Funny thing is they cant cancel my order
Great place, great service
KMS had a sale on a pressure washer I wanted so I phoned to check if they had any in stock at the Chilliwack store. Not only did the staff take the time to check the warehouse to ensure the last one was still there, they put my name on it to pick up later that day. Even when I picked it up they offered to help load it. Great staff, products, and prices, highly recommended. Thanks KMS!
