KMS is a great place for tools and related items. I’ve been going for years
The service is generally mediocre if you get any at all recently. I take my business elsewhere more and more.
Every shopping experience there has been excellent. Store is tidy, always restocked. I have been unsold on as many items as I have been sold on, thankfully so I have ended up investing in the right tool for each particular project I an working on. None of the tools I have bought at KMS have been collecting dust and that's a good thing.
**update** Kms reached out to apologize and rectify the issue. This means a lot to me so I'm changing my 2 star to 4 stars. I made a big order of packout because all milwaukee was 15 percent off which was great timing for my new trailer. I received a confirmation email saying most items were in stock and just a couple items would be brought in from different locations within a week or 2.
