1st time at store. Great experience. People were very helpful. Only place where I will buy my tools from going forward.
Very busy. Milwaukee promotion going on in the west end store.
The ladies at the front desk are extremely polite and kind. Also, the staff maintaining the store were nice to talk to. They put the item I needed off to the side for me and allowed my old dog in the store because they're pet-friendly, if your pet is friendly.
I asked which location for a certain tool one lady gave me total different directions. I asked another lady and she also couldn’t find out which aisle it was in her place.
