Friendly and helpful staff. No hassle exchange or returns. AND it's a 100% Canadian company - gotta love that too.

Well stocked inventory and friendly knowledgeable staff.
Bit slow on response from floor staff and not as knowledgeable about the tool I was looking at as I would expect but in conclusion the sale was closed without issue after consulting the spec sheet I already looked at before going in.
