Came in to buy an add on side box to my tool box that I also purchased from kms. Felt pretty unwelcome in the store. Sales associate followed me around the tool isle and continued to ask me if I needed anything (this is great but this was too much) I then purchased the floor model as it was the only one left in stock. I have purchased several items in store and online over the years. I've always had a great experience with all of the staff. Shout to Steve Fouty who was amazing to deal with, extremely patient, thorough, knowledgeable on a big ticket item I had purchased. I'm shocked to see the number of negative reviews. I had one item fail under warranty and it was remedied very quickly.
Had a Spanish lady help me with my order super efficient and knowledgeable tools are priced well and worked for my job
