Lots of selection and very friendly staff. Tori and Cass in particular were very helpful
Didn't buy anything, couldn't find what I was looking for. But is a good place to find tools for trades, like framers, plumbers, electricians, mechanics and they usually have good deals.
Very few knowledgeable staff as they experience high turnover and now hire only basic skills i.e. problem-solving/analytical abilities do NOT seem to be a requirement UPDATE: bough a large King Canada tool from them and it's beyond warranty period so am prepared to buy parts. King Canada says KMS can help me...and KMS tells me to go to King Canada and just keeps repeating 'if its more than 1 yr old, it's not our problem'....even for $ you wont help your customers?!? Kms are very very helpful even when contacting by email ,product was on sale but not available in store so they will ship product to store so I can pick up.Prices are very competitive with everyone else and selection is great so they have my future business
