Took 5 staff members to get an online order together. I can tell the item was a floor model because it was scratched up and missing paint. When it came time to load the staff put it on a pallet, it already came on a pallet… the pallet didn’t go nicely on the forklift so they stacked it on another pallet. I now have 3 pallets to get ride of and there was enough staff members watching that it could’ve been loaded by hand.

I just bought a welding helmet there yesterday. Fantastic selection of tools . Absolute best price around and outstanding customer service ! Why else would anyone want to go elsewhere ! KMS is my go to for tools and accessories ! So glad to have them in my town. Thanks guys.
