Blondie and bald man Jay at the counter have the customer service skills of a rotten log. If you want to make no attempt to provide solutions to a customer receiving a faulty product and treat them like a street person trying to make a buck, you need to get out of customer service. I don’t need my $10 back I just want what I paid for to work. Ive always loved coming here but they left such a foul taste in my mouth. I will be avoiding at all costs Cheers Great work today!
Great service from Sam on the front counter and the lady on the sales floor. At the Nanaimo location , also a great selection of Watson gloves .
My son and I went shopping at KMS for tools for his Electrical Foundations course at VIU, Nanaimo. We found Sharron and she helped us by walking us all through the store finding us great deals and all the tools we needed. She truly is an asset to the store!!! She was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful.
