Sold a tool I called about out from under me
Typically I can find all sorts of tools that I need and some I don’t. Although some of the staff could be a little better versed in some of the big equipment, that would be much more helpful. I’ve been to a few locations looking for info on drum sanders, and I haven’t found anyone that could help at the time.
Today is Saturday, July 11th at 10.30 I had a terrible and derogatory service, diacriminatory treatment of me as a customer who filed a warranty claim three months after the tool broke. Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. They even Googled tool repair information in front of me and mocked me.
