I recently visited KMS Tools, in Langley and was disappointed by the overall experience. The store itself was unclean, with noticeable dirt and disorganization throughout the product areas. It gave the impression that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority. More concerning was the conduct and appearance of the staff. All three salespeople were wearing baseball caps, avoided eye contact, and did not appear well-groomed. A fellow helped me out very patently while I asked him to get me a long list of drill bits
