My partner and I frequented this establishment today to purchase a weed wacker. We were delighted by the exemplary customer service we received there...the manager..Ebi ..was approachable and invested in ensuring that we had a positive experience today...David, Ryan and Harry were proactive, professional and were able to convey to us the information we needed to decide on our purchase. KMS is pretty much my first call on tools. Their pricing and support is normally very good.
Every employee that a interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. It is a large store and a bit overwhelming for me but with thier help I needed exactly what I needed in minutes.
Fast and low Price
$183 for shipping, still not here on day 7, apparently they want $270 for shipping now that they’ve reeled me in, so they have delayed shipping my order. They never even called about the original order delay with the shipping price discrepancy and when I tried to cancel the order and get my money back through email, no response on that yet either. Recommended to me by a friend but I will never shop here again. I can see this is going to be a nightmare getting my money back!
