I went to the location the building was closed down the lady took forever to call back she economists led me into paying $50 deposit and call me back 15 minutes later and was like I wasn't approved and the rent was only $500 maybe no more than 600 and I was getting 1900 a month
Hey. Went to tour a house, the house itself was not worth $1700 a month not even in today’s super inflated market. Also you might want to clean up before showing- the house and backyard were dirty. This was disgusting. 5218 W Wood Owl Drive on the side of the house. Doesn’t look like dog, just saying.
Have rented with them for nearly 2 years and from beginning to now has been a flawless experience. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live to reach out. The team has been nothing but professional and courteous.
They sole our house from under us and we lost 240k in equity. They didn’t even tell us where our belongs were. And they are a fraud.
I watched their workers unzip a junk house next door and put it back together. Not a single worker spoke English. I've completed many house projects and these guys are mediocre at best. No trade skills; just winging it.
