I bought a car from this location and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Their lot looked okay at first, but most cars were covered in dust — sloppy and unprofessional. When I walked up to the front desk the employee literally kept eating while I waited. Who runs a business like that? Made and confirmed (in writing, over email) an appointment on a day that they were apparently not open. Thank you for that fine waste of time. Edit: I’m rather confused by their response, as I only made one appointment (that was requested by me and confirmed) that required a reschedule, and that was due to an urgent matter.
