I had a terrible experience with KMS AUTO REPAIR / KOSS MotorSports. I brought my vehicle in expecting professional service, but instead, I was met with poor communication, long delays, and careless work. They didn’t seem to care about keeping customers updated, and when I finally got my car back, it still had issues that were supposed to be fixed. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty or quality service.
Very disappointed with KMS Auto Repair / KOSS MotorSports. Took my car in for a simple repair, and it turned into a frustrating experience. Communication was terrible — no updates for days, and when I finally got my car back, the issue wasn’t even fixed properly. On top of that, they charged more than the original estimate with no explanation. I expected professionalism from a performance shop, but this was the opposite. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
