I dropped my car off knowing they were busy and would get to it the next morning. Imagine my surprise when they looked at it and fixed that day. As someone new to the area it was a great experience. I would highly recommend KMS for all my auto care needs. Thanks for making it so easy .
They rebuilt the rear differential in my truck. Afterwards I complained about noise and took a tech on a drive, I was told it was normal. Now it is getting rebuilt again because of shuddering. KMS damaged parts, that should have lasted for a million miles in a work truck, because they didn't know when they were in over their collective head or worse, they were just LAZY. Their work should have lasted longer than the rest of the truck, but instead it is costing me another $4k to do it over and repair what they damaged. IF you... read more
