Needed an insurance quote and kept getting promised one from Andrew Shivetts, but he never came through (although he kept telling me in an email that a quote was forthcoming). I made numerous phone calls and sent many emails to him but I got NO RESPONSE back. I emailed him again over a week ago that I needed the quote ASAP, as I was about to start a job that required insurance. I still got NO RESPONSE!
