Lady is dismissive and it’s obvious she dislikes her job. Lies about timing to keep people on the hook. Dismissive as if she knows more about the road than a driver. Road service showed up and drove away without approaching. They charge you even if they can’t provide a service and make you wait hours doing so. Won’t let you send photos or speak to the technician ahead of time. Avoid these people
Shrek came out and got me fixed right up. Had an issue with DOT and he fixed it and got us back on the road.

Shrek came out and got my old Peterbilt up and running in no time. He did a great job. Very great service , very professional over all In my opinion I think he deserves a raise and a promotion.
