The driver from your company is incredibly disrespectful, rude, and unsafe. He's like speeding down the highway honking like a moron, with like no awareness that he's representing his firm. Firm. I would stay away from this business just to avoid supporting rude, horrible, disrespectful drivers!
I contacted this roadside service at 6:00 AM. They provided an ETA of 90–120 minutes but arrived approximately four hours later. The service request was to replace a tire and rim on the trailer and to release the brakes so the unit could be moved approximately 0.5 miles to the delivery location. I followed up with them hourly and ended up waiting over 12 hours, from 6:00 AM until 3:00 AM the following day. Really bad mechanics, they don't know what they're doing and they will overcharged you. Stay away from this shop!!!
I do not recommend this place. Save your time and money.
