My job apparently was too small for them to be bothered with, didn't even want to come out and give estimate
I called to schedule a quote for some remodeling. Made the appointment and they didn't show up. I tried to call and I texted the number they gave on their voicemail when you call . No one ever called or texted me or emailed or anything. This is totally unprofessional. Wasted my time . If I could leave 0 stars I would.
They had done a good job previously on installing a new roof, but let me down in the last job. Said they could repair a flat roof that was leaking, instead of having to install a new roof. However, after the repair, the roof started leaking even more and caused significant damage. Very disappointed by the fact that they refused to accept any responsibility and make even a partial refund.
