Kyle came out and provided us with an estimate that was lower than previous estimates we received, he also provides roof photos with a drone to measure the scope of work. During the process we received photos and updates which made the entire process fully transparent. They did an excellent job cleaning up both inside and outside. Roof and gutters look fantastic, excellent work quality Highly recommend KM&M roofing!!
I called 3 roofing companys for estimates ...After doing some research I decided to go with KM&M and could not be any happier with that decision. We had a conversation with Kyle (owner) in the phone.He came to the house 1and 1/2 days later took pictures of the roof with a droon..and with in 4 days gave us a very fair price.We set up date for some time in the last week of August.He called on Wed August 27.. Kyle’s crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They all worked very hard . From his roofers to his gutters people all very attentive to their job. At the end of the day EVERYTHING was done and spotless . I would highly recommend KM&M for hire.
I had my home, garage and shed roofs replaced as well as new gutters and gutter guards installed. Kyle is very informative and helpful as well as accommodating. I am very happy with the results and will be sure to contact him should any other projects arise.
