I got a call saying the hall was closed. Contacted the owner several times and his phone is disconnected. His instagram is deleted and so is his facebook. My baby shows is march 15 and I had to find another hall within 24hrs due to invites being sent out and family coming in from out of town. This man cost me an EXTRA 1100 for a smaller Venue. Tried calling his phone is still disconnected and he has yet to contact me as of March 6.
Very disappointed in Vashawn Green,we have used this place many times before,he knows some of my family.And for him to call and cancel my sister's baby shower 48 hours before her event to tell me pipes was busted and that he tried finding us another place but wasn't lucky,then told me he was in Texas taking care of his ill mom at the time and was not able to send back my money for the booking until he got back to New Orleans the next week.And now he's not answering any calls, or text messages is crazy.Never would I thought t... read more
I recently canceled with the Hall receptionist because he called me last minute to tell me his pipes burst. but didn’t try to offer me another place, but the place was a little smaller compared to KMM amaze so I just canceled the whole baby shower and he offered me my refund back but he’s not answering the phone or answering my text messages. I only give this hall a 4 star because of the bar servers they had. We had a family reunion there and everything was nice until the bar servers stole our remaining drinks cold drinks and liquor also water. I had just bring 6 cases of cold drinks and 2 cases of water in right before our event was over by 45 minutes. So I go right back look for what I know should have been left because I seen one of the ladies going to her car with Cold drinks the other lady said to me there was none left.
