Worst experience! KML did a a $4000 job, were paid within days of completion. Found two faulty items within the week and a discrepancy in the invoice. Ken came out acknowledged the defaults and the over charge. Got super angry because he didn't have time to deal with this. KML ended up taking three months to have the faulty items replaced and this was only after putting a complaint in to QBCC. In late January found out the items were purchased through tradelink spoke to them directly who approved the replacement items within... read more
