Walked in and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, my good friend bosa put me through an awesome workout. I recommend anybody that’s either beginning to start your fitness journey to professional sports. Bosa is not only a great person but a even better trainer, lock in with them.

I met Kevin and his team a few years ago when I was inching my way to 50 years old. My goal was to gain more muscle, feel stronger and build weight training into my routine. A year after working with Kevin, I went and had a Dexa scan and scored an A+. Two years later I'm still training at KMK twice a week and would trust him and any of the trainers with my fitness, nutrition plan and overall wellness routine.
