I am truly disappointed in Mr. James. He changed the intitle fee he mentioned on the phone, and so far, he has done nothing with my case, even though I have paid him over half of what he charged. After our last conversation and the last payment, he ghosted me and has done nothing with the case. He was paid $4,500.00 and did nothing but ask for more. Truly disappointed with the level of communication from Mr. James. He doesn't respond to messages even after being paid in full. After the last phone conference we let him know we were not pleased with his lack of communication. He asked to give him two months and he would get back to us. It has been over four months and not a word. The only reason a conference call was scheduled the last time we spoke to him was because a text message was left asking for a refund. Mr. James is an excellent and caring attorney. His communication style is direct and clear which I appreciated the most and the fact that he always answers his phone 24 hours is really hard to find with other lawyers especially when you’re dealing with stressful and difficult legal issues. But most importantly, he get results!
