I've gotten my taxes done every year through this company for the past 6 years and have never had issues.
Very friendly and efficient company; never had issues in the six years I’ve been with them.
Very professional and friendly company. Never had any issues or concerns. Every year this company is reliable, and performs in a timely manner.
Receptionist is very unprofessional. Did not relay information provided to the accountant doing my returns. As a result, all dependents were removed from my returns. However in the copy I received it had all dependents listed. Months later I found out I owed a significant amount of money to the IRS. Took months to rectify their mistake. In previous years I used them, but to my understanding the year of the mix up is the first year after one of the partners retired.
