Absolute worse!! Took advantage of my insurance company by racking up towing fees… his was given directions and the phone number to the body shop and refused to tow my vehicle there. Myself, the body shop, and the insurance company tried calling for three weeks and couldn’t get in touch with him. When I finally got in touch with him he refused to release my car and demanded payment. Had to send another towing company to go pick up my car and take to the body shop. Money hungry. UNPROFESSIONAL. Insisted on CASH, even request I go to the bank to get some. But, their sign clearly says they accept VISA.
The owner plugged my tire where I'd ran over a nail. I was on my way to work and he got it done quickly.
This man really cares about his customers. He was worried about me driving on one of the tires i had on my car. Great man, good service.
