I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience. My mother called ahead to inform your staff that she wasn't going to be able to make her scheduled appointment and had to reschedule. The representative she spoke with on the phone instructed her to come in regardless. However, after following those instructions and driving to the office, a different staff member at the front desk informed her that the appointment had to be rescheduled.
