Our logistics company bought a used forklift and now rent forklifts and yard spotters in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois from this fleet management and rental operation. New management team is professional.
Rented four different sizes of forklifts, a skid steer, and a mini-ex and when our operator ripped off the hoses, KMH had a mobile maintenance truck show up to make the repairs on a Sat. Good operation.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I spoke with a Jerry and he was both unhelpful and not knowledgeable. I left 47 voicemails and am still waiting for a response. Jerry call me you know my number! If you like bad businesses shop here.
Jerry was very helpful and has full knowledge of his business and his shop!
