I had a great experience with KMH Remediation for duct cleaning at my home. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. The two gentleman who came for estimations were punctual, professional, and thorough. There were three gentleman who came to perform the duct cleaning the day of. They were also all punctual and professional. I appreciate that they informed me of what was going on throughout the process. I would recommend this business to others for this kind of work. Your remediation team did a fantastic job getting our basement back to usable. The work performed was much needed and well done. As an added bonus we requested a duct cleaning, so very pleased with the peace of mind this brought to us.
This was the most extensive duct cleaning we have ever had. They spent 2.5 hours working continuously. The young men performing this service were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained the processes as they were doing them and even made comments and suggestions regarding our current system. The team spent a couple weeks working in the house after our furnace went. They were all very kind, respectful, and they all do a very good job. I highly recommend to anyone who may be inquiring about their services.
Richard and Frank arrived on-time; went over the work order with me to confirm details, and 3 and half hours later had the 1st floor of our home clean as a whistle. They periodically asked me to inspect the rooms they had cleaned for anything they missed. When I found some areas, they addressed them immediately. I am very pleased and satisfied with the services provided by KMH.
