Great gym and community. Coaching is phenomenal! I personally have been doing this type of training for about 10 years at different boxes and this one has been the best experience. Highly recommend to all that wants to progress their fitness journey!
KMF is an incredible gym with the best coaches and community. I was immediately welcomed into the gym family and I have gotten stronger both physically and mentally. Andy and Trevor are amazing coaches with great attention to detail when it comes to fitness. The workouts are tough but can easily be tailored to each individual, depending on their goals. I leave each class feeling accomplished and happy because of the beautiful community that has been created!
I really appreciate this gym. The community is the biggest reason I keep coming back every day. Coaching is awesome, members are super encouraging, and the equipment is well maintained. The gym has a lot of social and friendly people too. In terms of gains, I haven’t been this consistent at a gym since 2020, and my 30yr old body moves like a 20yr old again.
I joined crossfit to save a marriage, but KMF Athletics saved my life. I was in a very dark place when I joined; it was a hail mary attempt to keep a marriage going. I was raised by a single mom, and she passed away 3 months before. Then a friend from high school (39) passed away unexpectedly. I felt like I had no control over anything in my life anymore. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The trainers actually care about your progress and always take the time to help you with form or answer questions. The community here is amazing, people cheer each other on, celebrate wins big and small, and make working out something to look forward to.
