I've taken my old car over to them three times. The first time, they fixed my clutch, the second time, they repaired my engine and this time, it was a power steering leak. I took the car to Pep Boys originally, because Holt isn't open on the weekends, and I thought the leak was worse than it was. I started going to Charleston Transmission under the advise of a counter person at Advance Auto about a year ago. The problem was minor and Jeff was happy to help. On Monday the 24th Jeff waited around for the transmission until 8 pm. I called him Tuesday to find out that it was received and upon putting it in he discovered that the filter was cracked.
