I recently came in for new front brakes and rotors. My brakes were making a terrible sound before I came in, so it was pretty obvious what I needed done. One of the staff came out and quickly looked at the car upon arrival and confirmed that was indeed what was needed. I was told they no longer turn the rotors and that turning them wasn't really practiced anymore. Never had an alignment so bad in my life. Let alone had to leave for 2 days just to get back and drive all over the road. Obviously there’s no quality control no owner would let this leave there shop if it was actually driven after the supposed work was performed. Not to mention my steering arm ball joints were maxed out on pivot because the were to lazy to loosen the steering attn again a center it which would have cause unnecessary wear and caused premature failure. I had previously taken my 2016 F-250 Super Duty in to address a serious Death Wobble issue. They had extensive knowledge of the issue and made the necessary repairs, I have not had an issue since. With this in mind we took my wife’s 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for handling issues, ABS light and noise from the front end. Josh is the office manager, he goes above and beyond to find any part you need for the best price. Kris will just somehow know things about your vehicle by listening to it. This place is like the dog whisperer of mechanical healing! I couldn’t be happier with the way my car is running now!
