KMC has consistently provided reliable auto service for me. I've always been impressed by their fair prices and quality work. Highly recommended.
Never had an alignment so bad in my life. Let alone had to leave for 2 days just to get back and drive all over the road. Obviously there’s no quality control no owner would let this leave there shop if it was actually driven after the supposed work was performed. Not to mention my steering arm ball joints were maxed out on pivot because the were to lazy to loosen the steering attn again a center it which would have cause unnecessary wear and caused premature failure. I recently came in for new front brakes and rotors. My brakes were making a terrible sound before I came in, so it was pretty obvious what I needed done. One of the staff came out and quickly looked at the car upon arrival and confirmed that was indeed what was needed. I was told they no longer turn the rotors and that turning them wasn't really practiced anymore.
