I recently came in for new front brakes and rotors. My brakes were making a terrible sound before I came in, so it was pretty obvious what I needed done. One of the staff came out and quickly looked at the car upon arrival and confirmed that was indeed what was needed. I was told they no longer turn the rotors and that turning them wasn't really practiced anymore.
