I have been doing business with Kevin and the crew at KMC Forklifts for several years. I find them to be very customer service oriented, professional and prompt with their responses and their services. I highly recommend them!
Friendly, very helpful staff ! Nice facility. Their mechanics were fantastic fixing my equipment. And they even rent equipment !
Very disappointed in servicing our old electric forklift. We had just bought a new forklift from KMC and wanted to get some work done on our old electric forklift. We were given an estimate for repair. We agreed to the price which was high. KMC charged us over $2800 above the estimate. We were not given the opportunity to agree or deny this request.
I had a great experience taking the forklift certification training class! Jenny and Kyle were very knowledgeable and efficient, but still took the time to answer fully all of my questions.
I needed a used pallet jack. Kevin took great care of me. Knowledgable, friendly and proactive communication.
