Check in was straightforward and easy. The counter attendant and nurse were kind and professional. My biopsy was very swift and clean, thanks to PA Whitney! Highly recommended!
I had an appointment with Dr. Martel today, and he was excellent. I came in with a few different concerns, as well as needing a general skin check. He was friendly, personable, listened to my concerns, and formulated a plan to help me get answers about some chronic conditions I’ve been dealing with. Very impressed, will be back and would recommend to friends / family.
Not sure if I've ever dealt with a more incompetent medical office ever in my life, which is obviously reflected by the terrible reviews on here. I got a prescription for Minoxidil. I was on it a few months but had to cancel my follow up appt. Apparently me not going to the following up meant they suspended my prescription, which was never told to me and I discovered I had no refills when I went to the pharmacy to get my refill.
