I’ve had great experiences and service with Becca! Very easy communication with and always works well with my schedule.
Wait times were shorter than the typical medical office, and the staff is friendly. Especially Alicia Stepanski. She was very professional, yet warm. She knows her stuff, and deserves a raise! Great job!
If you don’t have ANY sort of schedule or things to do I’d recommend here but it seems like they have no issue wasting your day. I will be asking my doctor for a different recommendation after sitting in the waiting room 30+ mins being told it’s normal for the dr to run behind and there others in front of me. But if you miss your scheduled appointment there will be a cancellation fee. Although they’re way over booked. This is not new. Been here for 3 years and I’m done wasting days in the waiting room. Check in was straightforward and easy. The counter attendant and nurse were kind and professional. My biopsy was very swift and clean, thanks to PA Whitney! Highly recommended!
