I was very pleased with Charles' thorough examination. He also answered all my many questions. Several skin tags were frozen which was a pain-free experience. Aeriel took me to the exam room. She was very pleasant. Kara had everything ready as we had filled out paperwork prior to the appointment. She was quite personable.
I just went yesterday and they are amazing! Needed a biopsy from my nose and Chelle numbed me without one bit of pain in such a tender area. Dr. Glass took the biopsy quickly and painlessly. I love this place!!!

Aeriel, Kara, Chelle, and Charles are amazing. Very kind, patient and explained the process. Knowledgeable about insurance and my skin care routine. Helpful with what products work best with my current RX medicines. I had a wonderful experience and was put at ease. Thank you again.
