KMC has done alot for me personally and helping clients in RE They are on time give firm bids. Always willing to help with a problem I don't think twice about calling!!
I would give them a minus if it was listed. The worst contractor I have ever had work on my home! Do not make the same mistake that I did. Go to the Cayuga County Courthouse and see how many people have sued him and have judgements against them. Haven't paid their bills either. This is public info. Crooks and horrible contractors. Cant put doors in straight, put up walls and oops, they forgot insulation!!! No moisture barrier under hardwood flooring.
