David came to my house to clean a terrible mold problem in the master bedroom's bathroom. He and his co-worker worked very quickly and did an outstanding job. I thought that the tiles were going to be a total loss and after they worked for 5 hours, the tile looked brand new and and the grout was removed and replaced. I used to go to another company that was in San Leandro, but they didn’t pick up or drop off for Livermore. KMC offered to pick up and drop off our shaggy, sheep-woolly 11’x8.5’ area rug that our dog also lays on. It was back in our living room after 2 weeks, and very very clean. They have amazingly great and friendly service as well. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again.
