We were trying to finance on a vehicle and found one for 5500 and was given the option to finance it but was emailed later by Keenon that the car was cash sale only. We take our credit seriously and this inquiry hitting our credit report was unnecessary and we made Keenon know that it should be known on their website and his response was and I quote "Thank you for not having enough money". Never have I ever come across someone so rude in this industry in my life. Have the day you deserve!
Their website allows you to submit a financing application, which can impact your credit, for vehicles that are ineligible for financing, and when I vented my frustration about it, I get insulted by Keenan. I have every right to be upset I submitted a financing application when I didn't need to. Do not do business with these pieces of garbage.
Do not go there...EVER..no joke. He sold me a salvaged car, passing it off as "a good running car." He lied and deceived blatantly. Please check the BBB and licensing board. Apparently in Florida you can absolutely lie about a used car and not be held accountable bc as is form is signed. They're straight trash. And so is Florida It gets better..the car doesn't have a catalytic converter. I hope they're shut down. As you can see from the response, a lot of gaslighting. They Gaslight. Beware...they're disgusting.
