If you’ve ever walked into Kmart “just for one thing,” you already know how this story ends. The Warragul Kmart is dangerous in the best way. It’s got everything! When I questioned a pricing error in store today I was met with attitude from not 1 but 3 team members. A pallet of shredded paper was marked at 3 for $2.50 but they scanned at full price, when I queried it I was abruptly told ‘we do not do that’ ‘never have’. Well I didn’t know that, maybe you were trying to clear stock, the bin clearly said you do. When I asked for the price to be honoured again ‘rudeness’ and told no. This review does not specifically apply to the Warragul store but Kmart in general. I understand Kmart's refund policy however l do not understand a 60 day size exchange policy. Extenuating circumstances for those considered reasonable should be allowed. Unforeseen life-threatening medical circumstances for example and the deadline is missed by mere weeks should not mean you now have clothes that do not fit but that you have also lost your money.
