Bright and clean. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The staff member told me there was no Pokémon stock, but right in front of me he handed a box to the customer behind me. That customer even said he was picking it up because a friend told him to come. This makes it very clear that the staff were holding stock for people they know. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unfair.
