A girl named Tahnee at the service desk was so helpful and took the time to recommend me products her vibe was everything and made me in such a good mood and complemented me, love this store because of her!!

Just drive 20 minutes to find out they had sold out of this particular stock. Bottom line Kmart staff are holding collectible products out the back for themselves. I knew from a friend that the stock only came out 30 minutes prior to me being there. And they acted as if they hadn’t had any stock in awhile. You ain’t slick.
Teenage girl at the front with red hair was rude. I think her name was Elizabeth. I was trying to leave the store after browsing and she kept checking my bags with an attitude as if I had hidden something in my purse. Not looking forward to seeing her again if I come back.
If you’re going to close the fitting room four hours before closing time, Then please put a sign at the front of the store so customers don’t come in and waste their time. This is a clothing store and not having an operating fitting room is unacceptable. This is the messiest Kmart store on the Gold Coast, particularly the underwear section. Long Lines with people dumping items and leaving. Staffing problems . What happened to this store?
