I love shopping at Kmart pines Elanora and usually visit this store a few times a week. My latest experience however was very much tainted by an extremely abrupt and unpleasant staff member by the name of Helen. Upon enquiring about a product that was in her department she merely brushed me off after rudely informing me that if I couldn’t find it myself than it wasn’t available- contradicting her own comment that store levels showed 8 in stock ?!?! Labled prices wrong then didn't go remove it from product
Went to try on some PJs but dressing rooms closed on a Friday evening ,disapointing!
To the lovely ladies in the Service section. I watched you handle people with patience and grace. Myself included I was frustrated yet you both were so lovely. Thanks so much. This was on the 3/8/25 between 9 and 10 am.
